Complaints
In the event of a patient wishing to complain about care received he/she should first contact the Practice Manager, Mrs Bridget Whiting.
The practice has a complaints procedure available via the Independent Doctors Federation (IDF) and this policy is displayed at the practice. The IDF is committed to investigating and resolving all complaints or concerns of any member. This is a quality assured environment of clinical governance. All complaints may be expected to be dealt with in a confidential and non-prejudicial manner. Whenever possible these will be dealt with at a local level but if considered being of a sufficiently serious nature the INDEPENDENT SECTOR ASSESSMENT AND ADVISORY COMMITTEE (ISAAC) will refer this on to the General Medical Council.
